LAKE TRAVIS LIQUOR

Greetings,

 

Most of you folk who are regular patrons here will know that  my spirit of choice is bourbon. People will frequently ask for  a recommended vodka, scotch or rum, and I will respond by  relaying comments from other patrons, or opinions of other staff here at Lake Travis Liquor, or by telling you what is the most  popular, but not with an unfounded 'opinion' of my own. On the other hand, if you ask me to recommend a bourbon, I can probably help you to choose one that fits your taste  and budget, and maybe tell you a little about its production  and the mix of grains that create its unique flavor signature. But if you simply want the best bourbon I have found, either  to reward yourself, or as a gift to a good friend, choose a  bottle of Blanton's Single Barrel. Pour half an inch in a glass  straight up, and sip it.  …and stop back to let me know how you like it.
