TREATY OAK RUM |
Named after the 500 year old Treaty Oak Tree in downtown Austin, Treaty Oak Rum was created with three important principles in mind.
* To make a superb silver rum that could compete not only with the best rums, but also the best vodka's.
* To use only Texas ingredients. The rum is produced with molasses from the last operating sugar mill in Texas, and blended with filtered Texas Hill Country water.
* To make their rum by hand and from scratch.
The result is an extremely smooth rum with subtle hints of citrus, vanilla, and nutmeg on the finish. Great in mixed cocktails and superb on it's own.
